The first Media Factory Researchers’ Forum Workshop, “Mediating Art, Business and Technology” will be held on the 23rd of April at 12 to 4 pm at TaiK in room 344.
The event is intended for doctoral students and researchers in Aalto University (HSE, TKK, Taik) doing research related to media. The key-speaker of the workshop is professor Reijo Miettinen from University of Helsinki.
To participate in the workshop please register by sending an email to Mika Elo (melo[at]taik.fi) before the 15th of April 2009. Please write your name, contact information and a short description of your research topic. The number of participants in this workshop is limited to 40 and the participation is free of charge.

The Researchers’ Forum enables researchers and doctoral students in Aalto University to get acquainted with each others’ media-related research questions and methodological challenges faced by transdisciplinary media research. It also functions as a catalyst for media theoretical, philosophical, political and ethical discussions.
