The next meetings of the Dissertation Committee in 2010

The Dissertation Committee meets in 2010 as follows:

August 8, September 17, October 29, November 26 and December 17.

All documents on dissertation procedure and graduation should be submitted to the Center for the Doctoral Program, Dr Timo-Jaakko Uotila, Coordinator, according to the following schedule:

Students' doctoral thesis and licentiate thesis pre-examination proposals should be submitted to the Coordinator 2 weeks prior to the meeting at the latest. Three (3) doctoral/licentiate thesis manuscripts must be attached in the proposals.

Proposals for pre-examination of doctoral/licentiate thesis must be submitted to the Coordinator 9 days prior to the meeting at the latest;

Proposals for opponents and chairman must be submitted to the Coordinator 9 days prior to the meeting at the latest;

Pre-examiners' and opponents' statements should be submitted directly to the Coordinator 9 days prior to the meeting at the latest.

The application and proposal forms are available at the Center for the Doctoral Program website http://www.hse.fi/EN/education/doctoral/doctoral .

All documents and material must be submitted directly to the Centre for the Doctoral Program.

News and information on the upcoming meetings and other issues of the Dissertation Committee will be published in the News and Events section on the Center for the Doctoral Program web pages.
