Bachelor's Program in Accounting, Finance and Business Law comprises of three sciences, Accounting, Finance and Business Law. Each student may specialize in one of these topics. The program provides students basic knowledge in issues concerning:
- production, reporting and use of financial information from the perspective of management and outside stakeholders
- value creation, pricing of financial instruments and corporate finance
- legal norms and their implications for company activities from management perspective.
Courses for the Finance specialization are offered in English and the courses in the Accounting and Business Law specialization are taught in Finnish.
Finance provides capabilities to understand the basic principles of financial markets and their implications to company activities. The student will also be capable to apply this knowledge broadly both in daily operative decisions and in strategic decisions.

Accounting (Laskentatoimi in Finnish) provides capabilities to produce, analyze, interpret and communicate financial information to outside stakeholders, especially to management and investors. Students will also be capable to participate in developing management information systems.

Business Law (Yritysjuridiikka in Finnish) provides capabilities to identify the problems company encounters in the field of company, security market, contract, marketing and taxation law, and to search for the optimal solutions for the company business. The student will also be capable to communicate efficiently with these topics with company management and employees as well as with authorities.

In general, we offer opportunities to develop analytical thinking, a scientific (systematic and unbiased) approach to solving problems, team work skills, ethical understanding of business and language and communication skills.
