Master's Program

International Business Communication

The IBC Master's Program focuses on the strategic role of communication in the global operations of multinational corporations.

You will learn how to plan and manage communications, address cultural diversity, and use a research toolkit to learn more about corporate communication. To complement your communication know-how, you will take a minor in, for example, international business operations, management, marketing, or finance.

The IBC Master’s Program is run in English. It draws on business communication theories but is practically oriented, combining knowledge and skills within such areas of corporate communication as:

- managing corporate communications
- corporate social responsibility
- crisis communication
- cross-cultural management
- company performance and investor relations

The deadline for applications in 2010 was 26 February 2010. For general information on the Aalto University School of Economics admissions, see instructions in Finnish or instructions in English. Read more on what the School of Economics has to offer to international degree students here.
