THE GLOBAL ALLIANCE IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION

HSE is a member university of the CEMS (previously known as Community of European Management Schools) network. The CEMS is a strategic alliance of 25 member schools around the world – each a top school of its country – and 57 prestigious corporate partners.

The CEMS Master's in International Management provides a unique blend of top-level education and professional experience for multilingual, multicultural postgraduate students. The CEMS Corporate Partners of HSE are Kone, Nokia and Stora Enso.

HSE students have the opportunity to take CEMS MIM program in addition to their MSc degree program at HSE. CEMS MIM is a one year's specialisation program in international management. The CEMS MIM curriculum has been jointly designed by CEMS Schools and the Corporate Partners. At graduation, CEMS students at HSE receive both MSc degree certificate and CEMS MIM certificate. CEMS MIM has a high recognition among the corporate sector. In 2009, CEMS MIM was ranked 1st by the Financial Times among Masters in Management programs.

The CEMS MIM program starts with an intensive Blocked Seminar followed by CEMS Core Courses, Skill Seminars, exchange term abroad and internship. The CEMS way of studying is an intensive networking experience between students, alumni, teachers, and corporate representatives.
