THE GLOBAL ALLIANCE IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION
Aalto University School of Economics is a member university of the CEMS (previously known as Community of European Management Schools) network. The CEMS is a strategic alliance of 27 member schools around the world – each a top school of its country – and 61 prestigious corporate partners.
The CEMS Master's in International Management provides a unique blend of top-level education and professional experience for multilingual, multicultural postgraduate students. The CEMS Corporate Partners of HSE are Kone and Nokia.
Students have the opportunity to take CEMS MIM program in addition to their MSc degree program. CEMS MIM is a one year's specialisation program in international management. The CEMS MIM curriculum has been jointly designed by CEMS Schools and the Corporate Partners. At graduation, CEMS students receive both a MSc degree certificate and a CEMS MIM certificate. CEMS MIM has a high recognition among the corporate sector. In 2009, CEMS MIM was ranked 1st by the Financial Times among Masters in Management programs.
The CEMS MIM program starts with an intensive Blocked Seminar followed by CEMS Core Courses, Skill Seminars, exchange term abroad and internship. The CEMS way of studying is an intensive networking experience between students, alumni, teachers, and corporate representatives.
The application period for the CEMS year 2011/2012 will start September 2010.

English language requirements for CEMS admission: Aalto CEMS has decided to accept a grade of 70 points and above in the Aalto course English Business Communication (61A00100).
Please note that you have to be a Master's level student or an HSE bachelors level student starting Master's studies in the fall of 2011 at the Aalto University School of Economics to apply to the CEMS programme at Aalto.
